We all know that we are supposed to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to keep our bodies hydrated and healthy.  What you may not know is that water can also have wonderful benefits to improve your skin.  I know it can be hard for some to drink as much water as is recommended but it might be worth making the effort if it will keep your skin looking more youthful!
