Her “shocking” transformation is only revealed to her groom when they meet at the altar.

The decision to have plastic surgery is not one that should be taken lightly, nor should it be raffled off like a prize at a carnival. Anyone considering signing up for the show, may want to consider the fact that the American Society of Plastic Surgeons code of ethics strictly prohibits gifting any type of invasive plastic surgery procedures.
If the bride is unsatisfied with the outcome of her “makeover”, she might not receive the same attention and level of aesthetic care that she would have if she had personally chosen a board certified plastic surgeon.
